Mobile email

To ensure your people remain productive and responsive on the move it’s vital they have real-time access to email. Our mobile email solutions use an always-on connection, allowing messages to be delivered instantaneously. Also, inboxes, calendars and contacts are automatically kept in-sync with your office PC. Costs can be as little as £4.26 per user per month.

There are two leading mobile email services – BlackBerry® and Microsoft Direct Push. Choosing the right one for your organisation depends on what functionality you need and what email technology you already use. More in-depth detail is below.

Contact us for clear advice on which solution will best suit your organisation. We can help you take advantage in no time.

Which mobile email service – BlackBerry or MS Direct Push?

What does it cost?

MS Direct Push requires no additional hardware or software, you simply need your organisation to be running Microsoft Exchange 2003 (SP2) as the email platform. This is easily configured to deliver push email to any Windows Mobile 5 PDA’s or Smartphones.

BlackBerry Enterprise Solution is an application that has to be installed on a dedicated server. It’s independent of your organisation’s email platform (MS Exchange, IBM Lotus Domino, Novell GroupWise).
